Our History

WoleTraining was founded by Wolé Adesemoye in 2008. Having embarked on the challenge of a lifetime as part of the BBC’s Last Man Standing, Wolé travelled the world to live, train and compete with some of the most remote tribes on the planet – on their own turf. This unique experience helped Wolé to develop a training style like no other. It delivers real results, and he’s delighted to be able to share it with likeminded people in his home town.

Our Passion

WoleTraining was founded for one simple reason – to create and execute the most effective consultative health and fitness model in the personal training industry. It’s here that our passion bubbles over.

Quite simply, we are evangelical in our dedication and enthusiasm for fitness. We are constantly seeking ways in which we can improve our offering, and remain at the forefront of all aspects of physical conditioning.

We eat, sleep and breathe health and fitness, are on call 24/7, travel all over the world to learn from the best in their fields, and it shows; in the spectacular results we achieve for our clients; and for ourselves.

This is the page where we are supposed to tell you how great we are, but really, the important thing is how great we can help you to feel.

WoleTraining was formed by a group of individuals who used to spend their spare time training other people, as well as themselves, and found that they were really good at it. Each of the team is fascinated with improving the human body and we are driven by helping other people to achieve their goals – be they an elite athlete or a middle-aged housewife.

We believe that anyone can effect positive change if they put their mind to it, and we will move heaven and earth to ensure that each and every person who enters our premises leaves a happier, more confident, and healthier person.

What makes WoleTraining stand out from our competitors? Honestly, lots of things, but if we have to name just one, it’s our passion. We’re not just academically tested coaches and trainers; every member of our team is a dedicated athlete – in some cases, world class.
