If you’re not an injury fan, which I suspect most of us aren’t, picking up any old racquet from the shop will be okay to use now and again but on a long term basis, it can increase the likelihood of tennis related injuries.

Making cardio awesome

I like to break up my cardio workout into 3 periods. By segmenting your cardio workout into 3 separate periods all of the sudden it becomes much more do able. Each period lasts 15 minutes and is followed up with a few abs exercises.
