Our personal trainers provide bespoke training programmes, carefully devised to work to your strengths and improve upon your weaknesses, helping you to reach your goals through a carefully selected fitness regime.
We are experts in a wide range of fitness disciplines, including effective cardio and strength training techniques such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Boxing, CrossFit, Kettlebells, TRX, Olympic Weightlifting and much more, but we will never throw you in at the deep end, and never knock your confidence by asking you to work beyond your capabilities – that’s not to say that we won’t ask you to stretch yourself, because we know that you’ll enjoy the challenge.
Through our progressive approach to personal training, we look to inspire and motivate you, leading from the front, building on your successes, and showing you real results.
These results will not only be physical; we will change your way of thinking, showing you that boundaries are only there to be overcome – it’s just a case of finding the right path for you, with training, nutrition, posture, and conditioning.
WoleTraining health and fitness development programmes are available to purchase by the session, as a package or on a pay monthly basis – no membership fee is required. While we recommend that you commit to two sessions a week, we’re realistic about how day to day demands can impact upon your schedule, so we can be as flexible as you need us to be.
